哈爾濱光宇集團股份有限公司創建于1994年，1999年在香港聯交所主版上市。集團在國內擁有哈爾濱光宇蓄電池股份有限公司、哈爾濱光宇電源股份有限公司等24家子公司，在歐洲、美國、俄羅斯、東南亞等地設有15家子公司或辦事機構,并設立光宇集團博士后科研工作站和光宇集團研究院。集團現有職工11000余人， 2017年總資產112億元人民幣，銷售收入72億元人民幣。
