蘇達匯誠EM153（PET）鋰電池用鋁塑膜是一種四層復合膜，由PET/PA/AL/CPP四種材料構成，各層通過粘合劑或粘合樹脂復合。表層PET層具有防污染、耐腐蝕性能，PA層（尼龍層）為保護層，起保護電池防止外力損傷和AL層成型輔助之作用；中間AL為阻隔層起形態成型和防止水分侵入作用；內層CPP層為熱封層，主要作用是封口粘接。 適用于要求較高的動力型軟包鋰電池產品。

The battery aluminum plastic film of SudaHuicheng EM153(PET) is a kind of four layer composite film ,composed of PET/PA/AL/CPP four kinds of material ,each layer through the adhesive or adhesive resin composite. The PET layer on the surface has certain function of resisting against pollution and corrosion .The surface PA layer (nylon layer) is the protective layer to protect the battery, preventing external force damage and AL layer forming auxiliary role. The middle AL is for blocking layer shape and preventing water intrusion The inner CPP layer is a heat sealing layer, the main role is to seal adhesive. It’s applicable to dynamical type soft-packed lithium battery products which have higher requirements.
