星恒成立于2003年，以中科院物理所技術為依托，是國內知名的動力鋰電池高新技術企業。

歷經20年發展，星恒已開展全球化產業布局，擁有蘇州、滁州、印尼、匈牙利等生產基地，歐洲、印度、東南亞、新加坡等子公司。同時布局電池原材料業務“星恒青源”、電池運營品牌“城滿電”和電池回收業務“星恒新材料”，開啟全產業鏈生態進化。產品主要用于電動汽車、儲能、電動輕型車等新能源領域。

截至2023年，星恒鋰電池出口德國、法國等30個國家和地區，動力鋰電池累計銷量超2800萬組，輕型車鋰電池連續六年出貨全球領先，并配套超30萬輛電動汽車。

After 20 years of development, Phylion has carried out global industrial layout, with 4 production bases in Suzhou, Chuzhou, Indonesia and Hungary, and 4 subsidiaries in Europe, India, Southeast Asia and Singapore.
